Sometimes I have thoughts. Sometimes I want to make stories of these thoughts. Sometimes I don’t. Most of the time I just ruminate on them until they eat away at me, but every once in a while when I’m smart, I write it down. It helps, and at least for the briefest of moments, there is relief.
I write stories and I write poetry and sometimes I just ramble about whatever trivial thing is bothering me. I do this mostly because I suffer from a severe anxiety disorder, which means I’m absolutely always afraid of everything and the world. If I didn’t write, I might not function, so I guess this is my attempt at sanity.
